It is customary for a Rajinikanth movie to open with the title card 'Superstar Rajni', with Super and star appearing one below the other in signature blue dots, and Rajni appearing in yellow text in both English and Tamil. Rajinikanth's debut movie Apoorva Raagangal where he played an extended cameo released in theaters on August 15, 1975, and the Superstar's latest Coolie releases exactly 50 years since on August 14, 2025. 

In celebration of 74 year old Rajini's 50 years in the Indian cine industry, team Coolie is honouring the veteran with a 'Rajini 50 years' animation on the title card. Tamil star Rajinikanth not just celebrates his golden jubilee year in acting, but also is a bankable box-office star in his 70s, still playing lead, and pulling theater audience across all ages to the silver screens. 

Rajinikanth's anomaly of a longevity is hat-tipped in the Coolie song 'Powerhouse', where rapper and lyricist Arivu writes, "Young man, young man, young man, forever man..Gen Z talks about you it seems.. You're craze (fame) doesn't fade on any given day..It's self-made history, look".
